There is nothing quite as exciting to me as spending a day walking around a big city that has lots to offer. Thinking about the move overwhelms me and the best way for me to deal with it is... one step at a time.Robinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05473234128433916311noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8711605588592797362.post-87676608555446773992012-07-03T01:41:28.965-04:002012-07-03T01:41:28.965-04:00Thanks for giving me a day out! I have had to focus on baby steps and getting here is the first one. Finding a place to teach and exhibit seems far away now but then I remind myself... one step at a time.Robinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05473234128433916311noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8711605588592797362.post-34504894656254744492012-07-02T07:26:34.794-04:002012-07-02T07:26:34.794-04:00I actually feel like having lived on the east coas...I actually feel like having lived on the east coast in a progressive artist community will be an asset when I am re-establishing myself in the midwest, but only time will tell. It is gorgeous! I for one look forward to your move, Robin. I am hopeful that you can point me in new directions and help me to grow as an artist, even if it means me being able to take a class from you.Autumn Leaveshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04010044052621228719noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8711605588592797362.post-73921367004599745372012-07-01T20:22:42.761-04:002012-07-01T20:22:42.761-04:00What an exciting walk--an amazing farmers' mar...What an exciting walk--an amazing farmers' market. I imagine some of those fruits and vegetables might sneak into your work ond day.

To me city life sounds exciting. I lived in DC for a while and loved it. It's a toss up--big city or small town--I didn't particularly like the suburbs and I don't think I'd like country again.

You'll be moving back to Chicago as an artist--you'll take all the good things with you.hw (hallie) farberhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11636182620056350811noreply@blogger.com
